3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Amounts

3.3 Withdrawal Processing
vip13 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, in some cases additional time may be required due to KYC verification or a security review. Withdrawal funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.
3.4 Transaction Security
vip13 secures all financial transactions with SSL encryption technology. If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, it will be suspended immediately and the associated account will be investigated. Money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳12,000 or more earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳20,000. The bonus is awarded only once and is non-transferable.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must place bets totalling ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 before withdrawing. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonus funds may be used to play all eligible games, though the wagering contribution may be lower for certain games.
- Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
- Misuse of bonuses or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being closed.
- vip13 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Once a bonus expires, it will be cancelled automatically.
Gameplay Rules
5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Technical Issues

5.3 Sports Betting Rules
vip13's own betting rules apply to sports betting. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet will be considered void and the stake will be refunded. The official result from a recognised sports authority will be considered final for the purpose of settling outcomes.
Prohibited Activities
6.1 General Prohibitions

- Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Attempting to influence the outcome of bets in coordination with other players (collusion).
- Depositing funds obtained from illegal sources.

- Impersonating another user.

6.2 Bonus Abuse
Placing only low-risk bets to take advantage of bonus offers, or attempting to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, will be considered bonus abuse. If such behaviour is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings will be forfeited.
